We made some small simple updates (changed paint color, fixed tile. updated lighting), and provided us with a list of professionals we could work with to accomplish our home updates. The recommendation she used for staging turned out to not be the best fit for our home, with the staging being a bit too modern. Susi saw this and informed us immediately and not only did she spend her time correcting the issue (bringing in her own home goods to bring in warmth) and she negotiated a discount for us. Again, she saved us money. When we received our offer she presented it to us immediately and gave us her recommendations. She was always professional but also so warm and friendly that you'd want to spend hours just chatting with her. When we go to sell our home in the future we will absolutely be calling Susi and we tell all of our friends/family about her.
